This policy governs the purchase, refund and renewal of Maintenance GENIUS PRO licenses, the Agency Kit and the other digital products sold on maintenancegenius.ca by 1001Web™ (“1001Web”, “we”), located in Montréal (Anjou borough), Québec, Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are before applicable taxes (GST and QST).
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, with no justification required, on your first purchase of a PRO license or the Agency Kit.
- The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date, by email to [email protected] or via your client area.
- The refund covers the full amount paid, taxes included, to the original payment method, processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- Upon refund, the license is revoked: access to automatic updates, support and PRO features ends, and the product must be uninstalled.
2. General refund policy
- Before 30 days: full refund under the guarantee above.
- After 30 days: no refund is granted on the initial purchase, except where required by law or for an uncorrected product defect that renders it unusable (see section 6).
- Renewals: see section 5 (renewal disclosure).
Limits and abuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse of the guarantee (repeated refunds, resale, license sharing, activation circumvention) or breach of the terms of use.
3. Discounts, promotions and coupons
- Discounts and launch offers are time-limited and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect on purchases already completed.
- Promo codes are not combinable with each other, unless otherwise stated, and apply only to new purchases (not retroactive).
- In the event of a refund, the amount refunded corresponds to the amount actually paid (after the discount or coupon), taxes included — not the regular price.
- The loyalty renewal rate (see section 5) is not a coupon: it applies automatically as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.
4. Agency Kit refund (bundle)
The Agency Kit bundles Maintenance GENIUS PRO and Rapports GENIUS™ at a combined rate. It is sold and processed as a single bundle.
- The Kit is fully refundable within 30 days, under the section 1 guarantee.
- No partial refund is possible: you cannot get a refund for a single product of the Kit while keeping the other.
- Upon refund of the Kit, both licenses (MG PRO and Rapports GENIUS) are revoked together.
5. Automatic subscription renewal
Maintenance GENIUS PRO and the Agency Kit are annual auto-renewing subscriptions. There is no “lifetime” license.
- Cycle: your license renews automatically each year on the anniversary date of the purchase, to ensure continuity of updates, security and support.
- Notice: we send you a reminder email 30 days before each renewal, stating the date and the amount that will be charged.
- Loyalty rate: the renewal benefits from the loyalty rate at a frozen price (your initial price is maintained), applicable as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time, free of charge, from your client area (client.1001web.ca) or by email. Cancellation ends future charges; your license remains active until the end of the period already paid.
- Refund of a renewal: a renewal amount already charged may be refunded if requested within 14 days of the charge and the new period has not been substantially used.
- Price change: any change to the renewal rate is communicated to you before the charge concerned; you may then cancel before it applies.
6. Defective product
If the product has a defect that renders it unusable and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time after you report it to us, you may request a refund even beyond 30 days. Write to us at [email protected] with the details.

- Provide your purchase email, your license key and the reason (optional for the 30-day guarantee).
Disputes and chargebacks
Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution or PayPal, contact us: almost all situations are resolved quickly with a direct refund. A chargeback opened without contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of the license while the matter is resolved.
8. Payment, taxes and currency
Accepted payment methods: credit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal. No additional fee is charged to the customer for using either.
Prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes (GST 5% and QST 9.975% for Québec customers, GST/HST by province for the rest of Canada) are added at the time of payment and included in any full refund.
